This Blog is run by the HR T & D department at De Montfort University, Leicester, UK. It is a resource for all our staff to use and is part of our ‘blended learning’ approach to staff development. It is also part of the Pathfinder Project; a project that is looking at the positive uses of web2 technology, in this case within staff development.

The main contributor and site owner is Vincent Cornelius, T&D Adviser at DMU who will be assisted by other members of the team and collaborators from across the University.

The site is split into a number of specific categories, such as Leadership Development, Managing YOUR Time, Asserting yourself appropriately, etc. We warmly welcome all visitors to the Blog and encourage you to comment freely and regularly.
